Meet Christina
Hi, I’m Christina Haney, owner of All Aboard Travel and Cruise. I specialize in European travel, river and ocean cruises, UK & Ireland vacations, and group travel, helping my clients turn their travel ideas into trips that are thoughtfully planned from beginning to end.
I love the research and details that go into creating a great trip—figuring out which cruise line is the right fit, how long you really need in a destination, whether a train or flight makes more sense, where to stay, and how all the pieces of an itinerary should work together. Those are the things I enjoy figuring out so you don’t have to.
I’m also a homeschooling mom of nine, so organization and juggling a lot of moving pieces have been part of my life for a long time. I understand that your vacation represents a significant investment of both time and money, and I want the trip we plan together to be worth both.
When you work with All Aboard Travel and Cruise, you’re working directly with me. I’ll get to know how you like to travel, help you sort through the choices, and plan a trip that’s built around you—not a generic itinerary that could belong to anyone.
How I Became a Travel Advisor
My path to becoming a travel advisor wasn’t exactly a straight line.
I have a degree in mathematics and started my career teaching high school math before moving into technology, where I spent 11 years working as a systems analyst and programmer. Eventually, I left the corporate world to homeschool my children—and as a mom of nine, planning, organization, research, and problem-solving became pretty essential life skills.
Travel was something I had always enjoyed, but over time I realized that I loved planning it almost as much as taking the trip itself. I genuinely enjoy researching destinations, comparing options, building itineraries, and figuring out how all the pieces of a complicated trip fit together.
In 2023, I turned that into All Aboard Travel and Cruise.
My background may not be the traditional route into the travel industry, but it influences the way I plan every trip. I’m naturally detail-oriented and analytical. I want to know how things work, compare the options, catch potential problems, and make sure the itinerary makes sense as a whole—not just book a collection of hotels, transportation, and tours.
Today, I get to combine that part of my personality with something I genuinely love: helping people experience more of the world.

Travel Isn’t Just My Job
I believe firsthand travel experience makes me a better travel advisor. I don’t just research destinations, cruise lines, and transportation from behind a computer—I travel as often as I can so I can experience them for myself.
I’ve traveled extensively throughout Europe, including the UK and Ireland, France, Italy, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and other destinations across the continent. I’ve navigated European cities by train, plane, private transfer, public transportation, and plenty of walking, giving me firsthand insight into what traveling between these destinations is actually like.
Cruising is also a big part of both my business and my own travels. I’ve sailed with Princess, Cunard, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Disney, Virgin Voyages, MSC, and Carnival, and I’ve experienced European river cruising with AmaWaterways. Those experiences help me understand how dramatically cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and styles of cruising can differ.
I also participate in industry training and travel opportunities that allow me to experience destinations, ships, hotels, and travel products with an advisor’s eye. When I travel, I’m always paying attention to the things that might matter to a future client—where a hotel is located, how transportation actually works, what an excursion is really like, and whether something lives up to the way it’s marketed.
I haven’t been everywhere, and I won’t pretend that I have. But when I have firsthand experience that can help you make a better decision, I’ll share it—and when I don’t, I’ll do the research and use my professional resources to help you make an informed choice.
How I Plan Travel
I don’t believe the best trip is necessarily the one with the most destinations, the busiest itinerary, or the longest list of things to do. A great trip fits the people taking it.
That’s why I start by getting to know you. I want to understand where you want to go, what you’re excited about, how you like to spend your time, your budget, and what would make the trip feel worthwhile to you.
From there, I look at the trip as a whole. I think about whether the itinerary is realistically paced, where your hotels are located, how you’ll get from one place to another, how much time those travel days will actually take, and whether the experiences we’re considering make sense for you.
I’ll also tell you what I think. If I believe you’re trying to fit too much into the time you have, a different cruise ship would suit you better, or there’s a smarter way to arrange the itinerary, I’ll explain why and give you alternatives. My job isn’t simply to book what you ask for—it’s to use my experience and research to help you make good decisions about your vacation.
You’ll still have choices and be involved in the decisions that matter to you. I’ll take care of putting the pieces together so you don’t have to spend countless hours researching every hotel, route, cruise line, transfer, and tour on your own.
The result should feel like your trip—just with someone experienced making sure it all works.
Planning Fees
Some trips require considerably more research and planning than others. For custom itineraries, my planning fee covers the time and expertise involved in researching destinations, building your itinerary, comparing accommodations and transportation, selecting experiences, and making sure all the pieces of your trip work together.
Custom Travel Planning
Trips up to 7 days — $100
Trips up to 14 days — $200
Trips up to 21 days — $300
These fees apply to custom trips that require itinerary planning and research. If you’re planning a longer or particularly complex trip, we’ll discuss the scope and planning fee before I begin.
Air-Only Reservations
Domestic flights — $30
International flights — $50
Cruise-Only Reservations
If you already know the specific cruise you want to book and don’t require additional custom itinerary planning, there is no planning fee for the cruise reservation.

A Little More About Me
When I’m not planning travel or traveling myself, life is rarely quiet. I’m a homeschooling mom of nine, which has probably contributed more than a little to my ability to organize complicated things and keep track of a lot of moving pieces.
I’m also a history lover, which is one of the reasons Europe has become such a favorite destination for me. Give me a castle, a centuries-old city, or a place with a fascinating story behind it and I’m happy. I’m an avid reader—especially science fiction and fantasy—and I love discovering the real places connected to the books and stories we love.
And when I’m home in Texas, you may also find me playing trumpet with my community band.
Travel combines so many of the things I enjoy: history, culture, problem-solving, learning something new, and occasionally getting completely distracted by something I didn’t know I wanted to see until I got there. I think that’s part of the fun—and part of what I love helping my clients experience too.
