She was incredibly attentive to our needs and kept us updated every month with any changes. Her expertise in travel planning made everything go so smoothly. Iberostar itself was wonderfully relaxing, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.

The only minor hiccup was the steakhouse—we had a bit of a challenge scheduling a reservation. But overall, it was a fantastic family vacation, and I highly recommend this Iberostar location. The all-inclusive package was amazing!
