Acknowledgment of Travel Insurance Declination

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that All Aboard Travel and Cruise (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") has offered me the opportunity to purchase travel insurance for my upcoming trip. I understand that travel insurance can provide important protections, including but not limited to:

• Trip Cancellation and Interruption Coverage: Reimbursement for pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs if you need to cancel or interrupt your trip due to covered reasons such as illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Medical and Emergency Assistance Coverage: Coverage for medical expenses and emergency evacuation if you become ill or injured during your trip, especially important when traveling abroad where your health insurance may not provide coverage.
• Baggage and Personal Belongings Coverage: Reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage and personal items.
• Travel Delay Coverage: Reimbursement for additional expenses incurred due to significant travel delays.
• 24/7 Worldwide Assistance: Access to emergency assistance services, including help with lost passports, legal assistance, and medical referrals. Despite understanding these protections, I have elected to decline travel insurance coverage.

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any financial losses or expenses that may arise before or during my trip. The Agency has advised me to carefully consider the risks of traveling without insurance.
